- Biweekly Payments: $275
Class I and H Felonies Include:
Class I Felonies: Include offenses such as possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs (e.g., fentanyl, heroin, oxycodone, hydrocodone), second offense possession of tetrahydrocannabinol(THC), second offense possession of cocaine, substantial battery, and theft of property between $2,500 and $5,000.
Class H Felonies: Include offenses like 4th offense OWI, possession of 200 grams to 1 kg of marijuana with intent to deliver, felony bail jumping, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, strangulation and suffocation, and theft of property worth $5,000-$10,000.
